People Driven Software was founded in 2002 by Mark Kitts.  After graduating from Cincinnati Christian University & Seminary, Mark went straight to the marketplace and worked for an information technology consulting company developing cutting-edge technology solutions for companies like Procter & Gamble and Fidelity Investments.  After several years, he left the business world to develop disciples and innovative technology for the church.  Mark was one of the founding pastors at a new church in North Carolina that grew from 0 to 1,000 in seven years.  Mark and his wife DeeDee have three children and live in North Carolina.

In late 2009 People Driven Software merged with Elexio, a company that specializes in web design for churches.  We both share the same passion and mission which is to serve the Church with creative and effective technology solutions for ministry.  With our merger we have joined two strong, profitable companies and positioned ourselves to deliver an integrated content management and church management system that seamlessly connects your people and helps them grow and serve together.

Elexio is now the parent company based in Pennsylvania.  Together we serve well over 2,000 churches and Christian ministries in all 50 states and 26 countries and have over 20 employees.
