How do to Get Started?
Step 1 Download the Secure Search Service Agreement and fill it out.

You will need to fill out page1 and sign page 5 and Initial where indicated on Exhibit A.

Step 2 Choose a Consent Form from one of two samples:
Then customize it with your organization’s information. Ask your volunteers to fill out and sign the form. You will use these consent forms and their data to conduct your on-line searches. You are responsible for protecting the applicant data in a safe and locked location.
Step 3 Review our Multi-State Coverage Document to ensure that coverage is adequate for your geographic area. If additional services are needed, please inquire with us and we can make suggestions.

What happens after I send my paperwork?
SecureSearch will set up your account in their system and reply with your account information. They will also notify People Driven Software so that your account can be configured so that you can do automated background checks from within PDS Live.
What SecureSearch Service is available?
At this time PDS Live offers one product from SecureSearch which is the most popular package for churches. This package will cover over 90% of your needs for screening. It is the Multi-State Criminal and Sex Offender Background Check. Because of our partnership with SecureSearch they are also including a SSN Trace which verifies that the social security number provided is legitimate. Other, enhanced services are available directly through the SecureSearch site.( i.e. MVR histories, Credit Reports, County Courthouse Searches, Federal Courts, Education Verifications and much more).
