bar code scanning to make data entry even faster! All of our
printed rosters include a bar code next to a person's name.
Once attendance is marked on the printout, the bar codes can be
quickly scanned for fast accurate data entry.

Attendance can be tracked at just the macro level. You aren't
forced to track weekly attendance for every person just to get a
total number. For example if you just want to enter the total number
of people that came for worship service, PDS can just store the
total number.
