each person's passions and desire for ministry. There are 57 preloaded potential areas of
passion.

Training/Education/Licensing - You can also track what kind
of education people have in your church. For example, children's and
youth ministers need to know who has CPR training. You may also want
to track who has a commercial driver's license and is willing to drive the
church bus.

Skills - PDS comes preloaded with over 150
different skills that can be tracked for each person. This category can be
used to identify all the plumbers, carpenters, computer technicians,
landscapers, babysitters, etc. in your church!

Experience - PDS comes preloaded with
20 common life experiences that people go through that can be useful in ministry.

Personality - PDS comes preloaded with many personality
codes used in the major personality tests. You
can use your own system or change the existing ones. You can even track
the scores of the tests if desired.

If your church provides a personal interview designed to help recruit
and place people in ministry you can track who needs to be interviewed and by
whom.

Background Checks - If your church has a background
check policy for the safety of children's ministry, you can enter the date
for when background checks are performed as well as driver's license and
social security number and run reports to show you who's been checked and
who hasn't.
