Communicate via Mail, Email, and phone
PDS Live is not just a place to store information. It's a mass communication tool designed to help in nearly every aspect of your church's ministry. Send targeted messages via multiple channels of communication. We've worked really hard to enable you to easily communicate via email, postal mail and phone using PhoneTree.
For example:
- Send your church newsletter to everyone in the database using a very nice HTML formatted email message.
- Send mail to any number of mailing lists, small groups or ministry teams, or lists you create.
- PDS integrates with PhoneTree© so you can make automated phone calls to any list!
- Send a form letter to those that attend your membership class and make a commitment to become a member. Many sample letters and emails are included with the program for easy customization.
- Send a mass email to all regular attenders that haven't been to the membership class which announces the next class. Or send an email to members announcing the a spiritual growth class.
- Identify regular attenders and members that are not in a small group or serving in a ministry team and send them email or postal mail encouraging them to join a small group or ministry team.
- Need to find childcare for an upcoming event? Send out a quick email or use PhoneTree to call all the people who've identified themselves as babysitters.
- Want to start a new small group for single women who are regular attenders or members? Target them and send them a mailing announcing the details of the group.
- Need to tell the whole worship team (musicians, singers, drama team, sound techs, etc) that worship practice has been canceled at the last minute? Just write one email message and press the send button and it will go out to everyone on the list.
