Q & A Training

We now offer PDS Live training videos. They are available online 24x7 and it's all FREE!  This represents a huge leap forward in helping you, and your new team members, get up to speed with PDS Live.   We created many short videos that cover every screen in the PDS Live Desktop software.  We will be adding the PDS Live Kiosk software very soon.  You will see a new link on the Home Page of the Desktop that will take you to the table of contents listing all the videos you can watch.  With the release of these videos we are going to change how we do our online training.  

We now are offering 30 minute Q & A sessions where you can interact with our support team and get demos of new features or anything else you want to ask about.   Think of it as “small group time with a PDS guru.”  Of course you can call us anytime you need help with technical support, but these scheduled sessions will be more about answering “How To” questions and not really for tech support.    

When you register for a session, you will have the opportunity to list several of your pressing questions that you would like covered during the session.  These questions will be answered first and if there is time remaining, we will take new questions from those in attendance at the session.  Maybe you don't have a specific question but would like to hear what other churches are asking, that's ok too.  Please use the links below to register for the Q & A session(s) that you would like to attend.
