9:00 - 10:30		Vision Casting, Critical Success Factors & General Overview
10:30 - 10:45		Break
10:45 - 12:00		Basic features of entering/editing data, running reports and sending mass email
12:00 - 12:45		Lunch
12:45 - 2:15		How To Use PDS in Specific Ministry Areas - Assimilation, Small Groups, Ministry Teams, Children & Youth, etc.
2:15 - 2:30		Break
2:30 - 3:00		Advance Software features - (automated processes, administration, backup, security, etc.)
3:00 - 4:00		Q & A (optional) - We'll talk about whatever you are interested in!

Bring: Bring your staff, volunteers or technology support people. Bring your laptops--computers will NOT be provided. A large screen will be used to demonstrate the software and show you how to work the features. Bring your questions, complaints, and feature requests. We love feedback! Also, please download and install the latest version of the software from our website.
